Shipping

We are committed to being mindful of the environment by using as much bio-degradable and plastic-free packaging as possible. If our outer packaging boxes look as if they have lived a previous life, they probably have as we try to reuse packaging as much as possible.

UK shipping only and costs a flat rate of £4.95. Orders over £50 are free of charge.

Gifts

We would be delighted to send gifts for you and we will wrap them in tissue paper. If a greetings card is selected we will handwrite a personalised note for your recipient. Just pop a note in the box at checkout.

Delivery Time

We aim to ship all orders out within one or two days of receiving them. 

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your purchase items. However if required, they may be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase and must be returned in the original packaging. Please contact us before returning your item by emailing us at contact@buffalohome.co.uk.

Refunds will be processed within five days of receipt of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the returned amount. Please note that sale items cannot be refunded.
